Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

In the supplementary affidavit, petitioner submits that the amount of group insurance, arrears of salary between the year 2014-2016 and the claim of compassionate appointment are still pending consideration before the District Basic Education Officer (hereinafter to be referred as 'DBEO') .

Learned counsel for the respondents had earlier filed a compliance affidavit in which he had directed for payment of arrears of salary and other dues between 2011-2014. Regarding the group insurance amount an order has been placed today by Finance & Accounts Officer dated 11.12.2018, whereby, he has directed for necessary payment in the said regard.

In view of the above, as far as the remaining amount of 20142016 regarding arrears of salary and the claim of compassionate appointments are concerned, the DBEO is directed to pass appropriate orders in black & white within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of .
