Heard Sri Rajnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioners claim to have been appointed as Assistant Teachers in Jai Hind Sanskrit Mahavidyalay Karshoolnath Kandhi Kala, Jaunpur pursuant to an advertisement published in two daily newspapers, namely, 'Aaj' and 'Tarun Mitra' on 04.08.2016. It is alleged that though the appointment has been made strictly in accordance with law and papers have been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur by the Committee of Management, but a decision is yet to be taken upon petitioners' claim by the authority concerned.

Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioners shall be examined by authority concerned in accordance with law.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to represent their claim before the respondent no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today annexing therewith all materials in support of their claim. The authority concerned shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the Committee of Management of the Institution concerned and shall proceed to pass an appropriate order upon such claim in accordance with law and applicable government order, within a further period of three months thereafter.
