Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of this writ petition, petitioner has made prayer for providing the scanned copy of answer sheet of the written examination, 2018 conducted for recruitment of Assistant Teacher in Parishadiya Vidyalaya. He has also made a prayer to the effect that his answer sheet should be re-examined.

Learned counsels of the parties agree that writ petition can be decided in the light of the directions as contained in Writ - A No. 18235 of 2018, Aniruddh Narayan Shukla and 118 others v. State of U.P. & 3 others .

Since, the petitioner has made the deposit as per averment made in para 8 of the writ petition that he has made a deposit of Rs. 2,000/-, the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority is directed to provide the scanned copies of the answer sheet of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.

In so far as second prayer is concerned with regard to reevaluation and re-examination of the answer sheets of the examination in question, as desired by the petitioner and he submits that he had made an application in that regard on 08.10.2018 which has been filed as Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the grievance of the petitioner may be looked into by the second respondent strictly in accordance with law in the light of the judgment of this Court in Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (supra) decided on 30.10.2018.
