The only prayer made in this petition by the applicant is that his Complaint Case No. 50 of 2018 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act filed on 05.01.2018 may be disposed of by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gorakhpur expeditiously.
From the perusal of order sheet it transpires that the court below is proceeding in the matter and I do not find any laxity on the part of court below.
No directions at this stage are required as the bailable warrants have already been issued to the accused persons. It is expected that the court below shall conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible keeping in view the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
The application is accordingly disposed of .
