The respondent no. 1 by order dated 16.10.2018 has appointed Sri Santosh Kumar as Executive Officer in Nagar Palika Parishad, Baruasagar, Jhansi.
In such view of the matter the cause or action on which the instant writ petition was founded does not survive.
Writ petition is dismissed .
