Heard Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel assisted by Sri Abhishek Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.1-State and Sri Ashok Kumar Lal, learned counsel for the respondents No.2, 3 and 4.
After some argument, Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel assisted by Sri Abhishek Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner states that enquiry against the petitioner may be completed within the time bound period and does not press the relief sought for in the instant writ petition at this stage.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
A mandamus is issued to the respondents commanding them to complete the enquiry against the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
