The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 6.9.2018, marked as Annexure- 1 to the writ petition.
Almost after ten minutes of considerable argument, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the annexures have wrongly been marked and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition with correct documents and annexures.
We deprecate this practice of the counsel who wasted the time of the Court rather than stating fairly and honestly before the Court at the initial stage that annexures have wrongly been marked.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
