Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for respondent Nos.6 to 10.
The petitioners are the assistant teachers. For the period of three years, they were sent on deputation to work on the post of Sub Coordinator. The period of three years have expired on 1.5.2018. The District Basic Education Officer, Bhadohi has called for a report from Khand Vikas Adhikari with regard to work and conduct of the petitioners by letter dated 11.7.2018. The report has been directed to be submitted within three days.
The petitioners are aggrieved with the last line of the letter of District Basic Education Officer, Bhadohi dated 11.7.2918, that till the approval is granted by the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, the petitioners shall discharge teaching work in their parent schools.
Undisputedly, the petitioners are the assistant teachers. They were on deputation to work on the post of Sub Cooordinator. The period of deputation has expired, but they are claiming to continue on the post in question. I find that no prejudice is being caused to the petitioners, since they have been directed to work on their post of assistant teachers.
Under the circumstances, I do not find any merits in this writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
