Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, for redressal of her grievances, had already filed a representation dated 04.06.2018 before the respondent No.3, which is pending.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 jointly submit that the representation of the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, District Basic Education Officer, District Bareilly, to decide the representation dated 04.06.2018 in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation.
