Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and learned counsel for respondent No.3.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School, Barhni Kanchanpur, Block-Gaur, District Basti in pursuance of the appointment order dated 24.11.2017 passed by District Basic Education Officer, Basti or in any other primary school of district Basti within stipulated period.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner within time."
After the argument was heard at some length. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
