This petition challenges an order dated 17 May 2018 in terms of which disciplinary proceedings were initiated and an Inquiry Officer has been nominated.
Bearing in mind the grounds of challenge which are raised in this petition, the Court finds no ground warranting entertainment of this petition or interfering in the drawl of the inquiry proceedings at this stage. However, all contentions on merits as may be available to the petitioner are left open to be taken in the inquiry proceedings.
