The averments contained in this writ petition are obviously not revealing the entire facts. It has been stated that the wife of petitioner no.2Suresh Singh @ Pintu Singh committed suicide out of grudge and under coercion of her parents at her parental home, however, appellant no.2- Suresh Singh @ Pintu being the husband did not take any action and did not move to the appropriate forum for seeking relief for alleged suicide of his wife. petitioner no.2- Suresh Singh @ Pintu Singh is concealing vital facts of this case.
In view of above, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition looses its significance.
Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed.
However, the applicant is free to exhaust legal remedy under the Guardianship Act.
