Progress report has been filed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 27.09.2018.
As per progress report, it has been informed vide paragraph 12 that on 27.08.2018, the custody of the corpus has been given to respondent no.4 vide order of C.J.M.,Hathras. A copy of the order has been placed on record as Annexures No.1 to the affidavit filed in support status/progress report, submitted by the learned A.G.A.
Bare perusal of the custodial order passed by the C.J.M., Hathras indicates that as per medical examination report of the victim, she was found to be 20 years of age, therefore, she was allowed the liberty to go out of her own volition.
In view of the above, contention raised does not have force, this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition loses its significance and is dismissed accordingly.
