Learned Standing Counsel submits that by means of the Government Order/ Notification No. 28/1756/16/27-3-21 ववाद/16 dated 28.11.2016 the State Government has decided not to prosecute the appeals where the valuation is below Rs. 2 lacs. He further submits that the State Government wishes to withdraw the appeal since the valuation is below Rs.2 lacs.
The appeal is dismissed.
