Heard learned counsel for the applicants/revisionist and Sri S.B. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
The present revision has been preferred against the impugned judgment and order dated 12.11.2009 and 17.07.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate in Complaint Case No.3362 of 2009 (Mohammad Farooqu Vs. Asrar Ahamad and others) by which the learned Magistrate has summoned the revisionist under Section 466, 468 and 471 I.P.C. P.S. Mohammadabad District Mau.
After hearing the learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this Court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the applicants could not point out any good ground which may warrant interference by this Court for setting aside the order impugned.
This revision lacks merit and is, accordingly, rejected.
