Perusal of the record indicates that even on 31.5.1991 when the case was taken up in the revised list, none has responded from the side of the revisionist and this revision is also yet to be admitted.
Impugned order indicates in the year 1980, the accused is alleged to have taken possession of the tractor of the complainant by deceiving him and before court below the case was closed because there was no evidence adduced from the side of the prosecution.
This revision appears to have become infructuous due to lapse of time and looking to the fact that this is not even admitted, this revision is dismissd in default.
