Learned counsel for the revisionist is being shown as Sri Amar Sharan, who was elevated as a Judge of this Court.
This revision has has been preferred against the order dated 11.8.1993 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut, whereby allowing the said revision partly, the opposite party no. 2 was directed that he shall pay maintenance amount to his minor daughter at the rate of Rs. 300/- from the date of application dated 11.10.1990 but the application for maintenance was refused.
In compliance with this court's order dated 18.4.2016, a notice was issued to the revisionist to engage another counsel, which has been served personally but none has appeared from her side.
A report is found on record of the C.J.M., Ghaziabad, wherewith a death certificate is attached of opposite party no. 2 Anwar Ahmad s/o Alimuddin, resident of Mohalla- Krishna Ganj, P.S. Pilkuwan, District Ghaziabad.
Since the opposite party no. 2 from whom, the maintenance was being sought to be allowed, has already expired, hence, there is no necessity in keeping this revision pending.
In these circumstances, this revision has become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of.
