Vide earlier order dated 10.07.2014, this Court had issued notice to revisionist to engage another counsel due to the elevation of Sri G.P. Mathur (as his Lordship then was) and as per the office report dated 26.08.2014, notice was issued to revisionist but the same has not been received.
Vide order dated 27.08.2014, fresh notice was issued to the revisionist to enable him to engage another counsel and as per office reported dated 27.09.2014/20.09.2018, notice has been received back after service personally upon the revisionist, but none appeared on behalf of revisionist to press the revision.
I have heard learned A.G.A. , perused the records and found no illegality in the orders impuged dated 17.01.1989 passed by IV Additional Munsif Magistrate, Pilibhit and 19.01.1990 passed by 3rd Additional District Judge, Pilibhit.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
