The present revision has been filed challenging the order dated 18.11.1993 passed by XIth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in Case No. 3986 of 1993 (Smt. Gul Afsan Vs. Sharee-ful-Hasan, under Sections 498A, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Achhanera, District Agra whereby summoning order was passed against the revisionist.
I have considered the arguments of the learned A.G.A. and perused the record. I do not find any illegality or perversity in the order dated 18.11.1993 passed by XIth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
