Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA for the State and the material brought on record.
By way of the instant revision, challenge has been made to the order dated 19.01.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, in Criminal Case arises out of Crime No.758 of 2017 State Vs. Deepak, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, whereby the surrender application has been rejected for want of prosecution.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist wishes to move his bail application for which he may be given some time.
It is beyond comprehension as to what precluded him to move bail application before the court concerned. Therefore, no need of any direction be issued. However, if any bail application is moved on behalf of the revisionist, the same may be considered and disposed of by the court concerned, expeditiously in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the instant revision is disposed of.
