By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur to decide the review application no. 84 of 2016-Laximan @ Khargosh Vs. Rani filed in Misc. Application No. 32 of 2012 , under section 125 Cr.P.C. - Smt. Rani Vs. Laximan @ Khargosh expeditiously.
Since innocuous undisputed prayer has made and matter pertains to the year 2011, no useful purpose shall be served by calling for counter affidavit and detaining the writ petition any more in this Court, in view of the order proposed to be passed in this case.
Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur, is directed to decide the review application no. 84 of 2016-Laximan @ Khargosh Vs. Rani filed in Misc. Application No. 32 of 2012 , under section 125 Cr.P.C. - Smt. Rani Vs. Laximan @ Khargosh expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
