On 25.05.2017 the following order was passed in this case by this Court :-
"1. Mr. Sukhendu Mishra, Advocate, appears for the revisionist. He states that this Criminal Revision has been filed against order dated 24.01.2007 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra in Case No. 370/07 whereby release application filed by revisionist for release of Maxi Cab bearing registration No. UP-64-C/4262 was rejected.
The counsel for the revisionist had prayed on 25.05.2017 that since this matter has been listed after a long time, he
has not received instructions from his client regarding the current status of the vehicle or with regard to compliance of the interim order passed by this Court hence time for seeking instructions was granted.
After the above order was passed this case was listed on 14.07.2017, 12.11.2017 and 28.08.2017 and on all the three dates counsel for the applicant has sent illness slip.
In view of the fact that the order dated 25.05.2017 has not been complied nor anyone has appeared to press this revision, the order of the court below is confirmed.
This revision is dismissed .
