This revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 23.3.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge,Fast Track Court No.5, Sharanpur in S.T. No. 111 of 2009(Baqir Vs. State ) under section 25 Arms Act and S.T. No. 112 of 2009 (Anis vs. State) under Section 25 Arms Act against the conviction and sentence undergone during the pendency of the trial and fine of Rs. 100/- each and in case of default of payment of fine to undergo simple imprisonment for seven days.
Perusal of the judgement of the court below shows that it has only awarded punishment of Rs. 100/as fine.
The allegations are proved against the revisionist. Fine of Rs.100/- each imposed by the court below can not be considered to be excessive, the revision fails and is dismissed.
