This revision has been filed against the order dated 13.05.2005 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Fatehpur in Criminal Revision No. 194 of 2004, acquitting opposite party no. 2 - Jai Singh from offence punishable under Section 323, 504, 427 IPC.
Perused the impugned order. From its perusal, it is evident that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order passed by the court below.
