The present criminal revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 2.6.2003, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr in Misc. Application No. Nil of 2003 (arising out of Case Crime No.29 of 2003), Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr, whereby order dated 14.5.2003 passed in respect of entrustment of car in question has been made ineffective and Station House Officer concerned was directed to register a case against the revisionist for committing forgery in the release matter.
From the perusal of impugned order, it appears that it is an interlocutory order, as no final order has been passed in respect of entrustment of vehicle in question by the court concerned.
I have perused the impugned order. This Court finds no illegality, impropriety, material irregularity or jurisdictional error in the impugned order. No interference is called for. The present revision lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed.
The revision is accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
