This petition for writ is before us with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 1.1.2018 bearing Case Crime No. 0002 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj pertaining to the offences under Sections 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case on absolutely concocted facts. No case is made out against the petitioners for the offences referred in the present F.I.R.
Having considered the facts contained in the First Information Report, we do not find any just reason to quash the F.I.R. as that discloses commission of serious offence cognizable. No case is made out for interference in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
