This petition for writ is before us with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 5.12.2017 bearing Case Crime No. 1044 of 2017 pending investigation at Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad pertaining to the offences under Sections 147, 323, 307, 504 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on absolutely concocted facts. No case is made out against the petitioner for the offences referred in the present F.I.R.
Having considered the facts contained in the First Information Report, we do not find any just reason to quash the F.I.R. as that discloses commission of serious offence cognizable. No case is made out for interference in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
