This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction for respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair, impartial and objective investigation in relation to the first information report dated 4th January, 2018 bearing Case Crime No.5 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Puramufti, District Kaushambi pertaining to offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 506 IPC.
It is stated by learned counsel appearing on behalf of rival parties that the parties have arrived at a compromise and as such no dispute now survives.
It is stated by the petitioner Sri Sunil Kumar that he has already received the amount in question and as such he is having no grudge with the respondent.
In view of whatever stated, nothing survives in this petition for writ. Hence, the same is dismissed.
