Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sunil Kumar, learned counsel appearing in person and learned AGA for the respondents-State.
An affidavit has been filed by the petitioners, the same be taken on record.
The respondent no.4 present in person. It is stated by him that in view of the fact that the entire amount in question has been paid to him by the petitioners and as such, no grudge now survives.
In view of the statement given by respondent no.4, who also happens to be a practicing Lawyer of this Court, we do it appropriate to quash the first information report dated 4.1.2018 bearing Case Crime No.14 of 2018 pending investigation at Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad pertaining to offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
