Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondents-State and perused the record.

This petition for writ is before us with a prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 14.11.2017 having Case Crime No. 948 of 2017 pertaining to investigation for the offences punishable under Sections 41, 411, 414 I.P.C., police station-G.R.P. Allahabad, District-Allahabad.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that no recovery at the instance of the present petitioner was made and therefore, no case is made out against him for the offences under investigation.

Having considered the averments contained in the First Information Report, we do not find any just reason to interfere with the same. The contents of the F.I.R. primafacie reflects involvement of the petitioner along with other co-accused persons in the crime in question, therefore, it would not be appropriate for writ Court to interfere at this stage.

The petition for writ, hence, is dismissed.
