Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dhanraj Singh Yadav and learned A.G.A., Sri Ashish Pandey.
This Writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondent No.3 to comply with the direction dated 01.01.2018 issued by the respondent No.2, D.G.P., Head Quarters Lucknow and to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No. 404 of 2017, under Section 302 I.P.C., P.S. Pahadi, District Chitrakoot to another district and to get the investigation conducted by an officer of the rank of circle officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that ultimately the investigation has been returned to the investigating agency at Chitrakoot with whom the petitioner has some grievance.
We are not inclined to interfere in the matter, however, investigating agency which is seized with the investigation shall conclude the investigation and submit the police report.
S.P. Chitrakoot shall ensure that the investigation shall be carried out in a fair manner.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
