Sri Kashi Naresh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Farooque Ansari, learned counsel for the private respondent and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned arrest warrant issued by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, District Aligarh in pursuance of Case Crime No. 08 of 2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Akrabad, Distrcit Aligarh. Simultaneously a prayer is also made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of arrest warrant.
Learned A.G.A. stated that charge-sheet has been submitted in this matter to which learned counsel for the petitioner stated that charge-sheet has not reached before the court concerned.
In view of the above, Investigating Officer in the aforesaid case shall submit police report before court concerned within two weeks from today and till then no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is finally disposed of.
