The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 14.7.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 413 of 2018, under Section 326 IPC, P.S. Seohara, District Bijnor.
Learned A.G.A. has produced medical examination report of the injured and it is stated that though the petitioner had given treatment to injured after the snake bite but because of lack of medical experience and degree, the victim has lost his right hand.
In view of above, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter and it is, accordingly, rejected.
