Heard Shri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Sunil Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the State.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents no. 2 to make proper and fair investigation in pursuance of FIR dated 2.42018 registered as Case Crime No. 162 2018, under sections 380/457 IPC, police station George Town, district Allahabad and also transferred the above mentioned case to the other investigating agency.
Shri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA has filed an affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad, which is taken on record. He states that in the present case investigation has completed and final report has also been submitted.
The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate legal remedy available under law.
