1-None is present on behalf of the appellant even in the revised list/call. Learned A.G.A. is present.
2-According to report dated 25.9.2018 of C.J.M., Sambhal (Chandausi), the appellant Praveen has been died. In this regard, the statements of S.I. Vijai Pal Singh, Gram Pradhan and Akhilesh, son of Bhagwat Saran with affidavit have been recorded. Hence the appellant has been died and the appeal filed by him is abated.
3-The appeal is dismissed as abated.
4-It is also pertinent to mention here that appellant was convicted under Section 392 read with Section 397 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo seven years rigorous imprisonment.
