Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Arun Kumar who appears for the opposite party.
In the affidavit of compliance filed in these proceedings, the Court notes that by an order dated 30.1.2018, the claim of the applicant has been duly considered and negatived. According to learned counsel, the said order of dismissal is not in the correct perspective.
Be that as it may, the Court finds no ground to evaluate whether the order would be liable to be sustained on merits on not. Consequently, the Court finds itself unable to hold that the opposite party is guilty of willful and deliberate disobedience.
The application is consequently disposed of .
