By means of this contempt application it is alleged that in spite of the order of this Court dated 17th May, 2018 passed in the Writ-C No.- 17679 of 2018, marksheet of re-examination 2014 (Improvement) has not been supplied with.
Today, Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel for the opposite party has supplied a photocopy of the aforesaid marksheet to the learned counsel for the applicant and copy of the marksheet has also been placed before this Court issued on 13th September, 2018 and the same is kept on record.
As per the instructions, the original marksheet has also been sent to the applicant at his address. Learned counsel for the applicant also agrees that the order has been complied with and as such no more cause of action survives.
In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.
