Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present 482 application, the applicant has challenged the order dated 12.07.2018 passed in Crl. Misc. Case No. 676 of 2018 (Sushil Sharma Vs. Raj Kumar), under Section 219 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Muzaffar Nagar as well as order dated 02.07.2018 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar.
After hearing the arguments it appears that there are two distinct and separate proceedings, he himself is send on 02.07.2018 and therefore the records of case no. 5179 of 2010 were sent to the appropriate court, I find that there is no substance in the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., accordingly the application is hereby rejected.
The application is dismissed.
