Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The sole allegation on which this petition is pressed is an order dated 13 April 2017 passed by the District Magistrate. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order clearly falls foul of the order of disposal passed in First Appeal No. 387 of 2010 in terms of which while disposing of the first appeal, the only modification made in the decree was to recognize the right of the applicant to take part in the affairs of the Math. The various contentions which are raised touch upon the merits of the order passed by the District Magistrate.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to initiate any proceedings in contempt. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open to the applicant to seek appropriate remedy if he be aggrieved by the order of the District Magistrate.
