From the affidavit of compliance filed, the Court notes that by an order dated 8 May 2018 the Secretary of Board has passed an order transferring the applicant from an Institution situated in the rural area of Jaswant Nagar, Etawah to an Institution situated in the rural area at Jalaun. Pursuant to the said order the applicant is also said to have been relieved.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in this petition, which shall stand disposed of .
