From the affidavit of compliance filed today, the Court notes that the opposite party has passed an order on 23/26 March 2018 attending to the representation of the applicant and disposing of the same on merits.
The opposite party has also disclosed the pendency of disciplinary proceedings in consequence of which the final payments have not been released.
In view of the above, the Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt.
Consequently, nothing further survives in this petition, which shall stand disposed of .
