The Sub Registrar, Mathura has provided instructions which for the purposes of identification are marked as 'X'. From the disclosures made therein the Court notes that it is averred that the sale deed duly executed was never presented for registration. Although this fact is sought to be disputed by learned counsel for the applicants, in the light of the disclosures made by the Sub Registrar concerned, the Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt.
The petition is consequently dismissed .
