Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
On 19 September 2017 a writ petition preferred by the applicant was disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer to pass appropriate orders on the application of Savitri Devi, the plaintiff in the suit as well as on the application of the applicant herein. It is not disputed that the applicant is arrayed as a defendant in the said suit. There is also no injunction which operates against the applicant.
In view thereof, the Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt.
The petition is accordingly dismissed . Order Date :- 18.5.2018 NS
