Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Mukesh Kumar Kushwaha who has appeared for the opposite party.
Shri Kushwaha has drawn the attention of the Court to the affidavits filed in these petitions and submits that only applicant No.1 in Contempt Application No. 1130 of 2018 was found eligible for receipt of benefits. He further states that the claim of all other applicants has been negatived on merits.
By that as it may, since a decision has been taken on merits, nothing further survives on these petitions which shall stand disposed of.
