Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel who has appeared on instructions of the opposite party.
Sri Singh has also placed on the record an order dated 4 May 2018 passed by the Secretary of the Board issuing a directive to the concerned B.S.A. to take up the issue of consideration of the claim of the applicant for appointment. Sri Singh states that the concerned B.S.A. shall duly scrutinize the claim of the applicant in light of the directive issued by the Secretary and pass appropriate orders thereon by 18 May 2018. Sri Singh further states that the said decision shall be duly communicated to the applicant.
