Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that earlier the applicant has approached this court in the case crime number 2 of 2017, under section 328, 392 and 411 I.P.C. in which he has been granted bail vide courts' order dated 02.11.2017 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 42208 of 2017. It is further contended that Section 413 I.P.C. has been added in the same case crime number and he has been falsely implicated. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been place forth before the court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. The applicant is in jail since 10.02.2017.
