The allegations in the First Information Report is to the effect that the applicant, wife of the then Principal of the BRD Medical College, was indulging in acts of corruption and demanding commissions and illegal payments for the purposes of effecting disbursal of moneys to various suppliers. She is also charged with having entered into a criminal conspiracy along with her husband and other employees of the BRD Medical
