Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This bail application has been moved by the accused-applicant Ravi Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 46 of 2018, under Sections 41/411, 413 IPC, Police Station - Prem Nagar, District - Jhansi.
As per prosecution version, on 26.01.2018 at about 07.30 P.M., the applicant was arrested along with co-accused and on their pointing out, ten stolen motorcycles were recovered.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that there is no criminal history against the applicant before this arrest. Moreover, till now, the recovered motorcycles have not been connected to any other criminal case.
Per contra, learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
