Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This bail application has been moved by the accused-applicant Vikram Sharma, who is involved in Case Crime No. 554 of 2017, under Sections 392, 411 IPC Police Station - Aliganj, District - Etah.

As per prosecution version, on 20.07.2017 at about 07.30 P.M., some unknown miscreants looted Rs. 25,000/- from the informant. Later on, after five days, Rs. 10,000/- was recovered from possession of the applicant.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that no offence, whatsoever, is made out against the applicant. He has been made accused in the case only on the basis of his own confessional statement.

Per contra, learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is a criminal history of 12 cases against the applicant.

Applicant is not named in the FIR.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.

Let the applicant - Vikram Sharma be released on bail in the aforesaid case crime number on furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is allowed.
