Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that all the witnesses of fact has been examined by the trial wherein all of them turned hostile.
In the circumstances, this Court does not want to interfere in the matter.
The application for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-I, Jaunpur is expected to gear up the trial of Session Trial No. 195 of 2017 (State v. Vikas Dubey), under section 304-B IPC, P.S. Sureri, District Jaunpur and conclude the same latest by 31.12.2018 in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided the applicant fully cooperates in conclusion of the trial.
Office is directed to transmit a certified copy of this order to the court concerned within a fortnight.
